Phil Fresh, Kymie and Kwame are serving up a triple dose of Sydney goodness with their new collab IG Luv. It’s fun, upbeat and vibrant, and everyone brings their best to the table. Phil Fresh and Kwame come through with the bars, while Kymie’s hitting all the right notes on the hook. There’s even a dance included in the music video if you’re wanting to bust it out at the club. I always love collabs where you can tell everyone on the track had a fun time, and this is definitely the case here.

The music video was directed by Rewiti Brown and Phil himself, and it takes influence from the work of music video director Hype Williams. The colour coordination going on in the video is on point, and if you’ve ever been involved in the online dating scene, then this is the track for you. Are Instagram crushes real, or are they designed to stay on the Internet? Who knows. You never know until you shoot your shot, but don’t make a fool of yourself - and above all else, don’t be a creep.

I asked Phil to give me some advice on getting big on Instagram, and this is what he told me. He gave me two sets of tips:

"My 3 tips are:

- Buy your followers

- Start making prank videos

- Make heaps of private accounts to like and comment on your own posts.

However, if you want something more serious, then my 3 tips are:

- Don't be a dickhead

- Don't lie, if you act different online to how you are in real life then people will see right through you

- Be your own damn self. This saying is cliche for a reason.” Some good all-around advice, if you ask me.

Check out IG Luv below. This song might help you work through a few things, or it might lead to some more thirst follows. I think this song is tons of fun, and it’s a song for the social media generation. We’re all telling a story through our social media presence, and sometimes, it’s not who we really are. Sit back and enjoy the ride. If nothing else, you’ve got the song to feature in your next Reel. Is that too meta?
