FOURA And Big Skeez's ‘On Tonight’ Is Your New Pre-Drinks Anthem

Naarm/Melbourne DJ/producer FOURA has teamed up with Western Sydney’s Big Skeez for the huge On Tonight. If you’re heading out in the near future, get this one pumping in the Uber on the way to the club. Taking influence from UK garage and DnB, your neck’s going to get a good workout from bobbing along. Big Skeez’s flow is absolutely infectious, and FOURA’s production melds perfectly with his vocals. They’re the latest two signings to NLV Records, and given Nina Las Vegas’ status as a tastemaker in Australia, it’s not too surprising that she’s got a couple of future stars on her hands.

Have you ever had a dream where you’re floating amongst the clouds, watching the ground move below you? That’s how I feel when I’m listening to On Tonight. It mimics that wavy feeling you get after a few drinks, when arguably, the night is at its best. Big Skeez’s vocals act perfectly as the centrepiece of the track, driven along by the impatient, slightly off-kilter drum pattern. This feeling of being slightly tipsy is exacerbated by the music video, which features cuts that’ll disorientate you in the best way. If you’ve got a projector handy, then chuck this up at pre-drinks, and let the night unfold from there.

Speaking about working with Big Skeez, as well as signing to NLV Records, FOURA says, “It’s been such a fun journey working on this single. When Skeez hit me up for a collab I couldn’t have been more excited. I sent him a beat and within 2 days he hit me back with the sickest vocals. I was blown away, he’s a phenomenal artist. Signing the track with NLV Records shortly after, having been such a fan of the label for the longest time, made the whole experience an absolute dream. I’m so excited to share this slammer of a track with everyone and hope it soundtracks some absolutely wild nights out.”
